This license is subject to change. Rekt INK reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this agreement at any time. Any changes will be published publicly and will apply prospectively only. Continued use of the NFT artwork after any such publication constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

1. Ownership

Each Rekt INK NFT is a cryptographic token on the INK L2 blockchain. When you purchase a Rekt INK NFT, you own the underlying NFT asset fully. Ownership of the NFT is mediated entirely by the smart contract and the INK network. Rekt INK does not have the ability to alter, revoke, or freeze your ownership.

2. License Grant

Subject to continued ownership and compliance with this agreement, Rekt INK grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, copy, and display the artwork associated with your specific NFT, including any derivative works you create, for the following purposes:

  • Personal Use: Display in any non-commercial context.
  • Commercial Use: Merchandise, media, branding, and derivative works.
  • Marketplace Use: Marketplaces that verify NFT ownership.
  • App Use: In third-party sites or games that verify ownership.

3. Derivative Works

You are permitted to create and commercialize derivative works of your Rekt INK character. Rekt INK encourages creativity and expansion of the broader universe by its holders.

4. Brand and Attribution Restrictions

This license does not grant you any rights to the Rekt INK name, logo, or other brand identifiers, even if unregistered. You may not claim official affiliation with, or endorsement by, Rekt INK without express permission. Use of the name or branding beyond the NFT art itself is prohibited unless otherwise authorized in writing.

5. Revocation

This license remains in force only for as long as you own the NFT. Upon sale, transfer, or relinquishment of the NFT, all rights under this license immediately terminate. Continued use after transfer is a violation of this agreement.

6. No Affiliations

Rekt INK is an independent creative project and is not officially affiliated with INK Layer 2 or Kraken.

7. Transfer of Derivatives

Any commercial derivative works tied to a specific Rekt INK NFT may only be used by the current NFT holder. If the NFT is sold or transferred, usage rights for derivative content must also cease unless otherwise agreed.

8. Amendments

This license is subject to change. Rekt INK reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this agreement at any time. Changes will apply prospectively and be publicly posted. Continued use signifies agreement to the latest terms.
